Role Description
We're looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Consultant to join our team and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through on-time renewals, expansion, and cross-sell across our product suite. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying risks to retention and expansion proactively and developing mitigation strategies.
About the Role
The Revenue Growth Consultant will be responsible for:
- Driving NRR through on-time renewals, expansion, and cross-sell across our product suite.
- Identifying risks to retention and expansion proactively and developing mitigation strategies.
- Building trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers, including CFOs, controllers, and billing leaders.
- Developing a deep understanding of each customer's business processes and aligning platform usage to maximize value.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in owning revenue outcomes (renewals and expansion).
- Broad product understanding—can articulate how our billing, revenue, and subscription tools work together to solve customer pain points.
- Financial domain knowledge—comfortable speaking the language of finance, billing operations, and revenue leaders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong executive relationships based on value delivery.
- Proven experience in managing a structured customer cadence focused on impact and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to operate with an entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (e.g., support, product, solutions engineers) to deliver customer value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French is required.
