Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project management professional to lead our AV and broadcast integration projects. As a senior project manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex installations for premium corporate clients. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of technical AV/Broadcast systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Provide guidance to project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Directly manage high-value and complex projects, taking ownership of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, coordination, and client communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-end corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Represent us in senior-level project meetings, design workshops, and executive briefings.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance tracking.
• Support resourcing decisions and project team assignments in collaboration with senior management and technical leads.
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience within the AV, broadcast, or technology integration sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently across various phases and geographic locations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets in excess of €1M.
• Excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record managing senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments).
• Sound understanding of technical AV/Broadcast systems and the construction/fit-out environment.
