Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our on-site electrical teams. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on ensuring installations meet project specifications, drawings, and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities of electrical teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Verify that installations comply with project requirements, including technical drawings and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate site activities.
  • Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and enforce health and safety standards across the site.
  • Oversee the management of site materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and labour hours.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification
  • A minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role
  • Proven ability to manage teams and sub-contractors
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficiency in MS Office
