Job Overview

The Commissioning Site Manager is a crucial role within Vertiv Ireland Limited, responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of various systems and equipment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in site supervisory/commissioning positions, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve commissioning targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the commissioning installation and programme to ensure output and efficiency are maximised while maintaining high health & safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and challenge team members' performance and conduct in accordance with company procedures to drive improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching, conducting performance reviews with the team.
  • Communicate daily with the Site Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores personnel to ensure deadlines are met and product installed & commissioned on time.
  • Implement and communicate consistently all company directives.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record & understanding of MV/LV Switchgear, UPS systems & usual Datacentre ancillary systems within a modular build environment.
  • Experience using Commissioning platforms such as Compass, BIM360 & Aconex (or similar).
  • Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve commissioning targets.
  • Must be willing to travel and have a current passport with at least 6 months from expiring date.
