We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Director to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Key Account Management and B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and developing long-term client relationships.

Job Description:

As a Commercial Director, you will work closely with the CEO to develop market opportunities and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Cultivating new business opportunities in global markets
  • Developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to drive business growth

You will also be responsible for providing technical advice to clients on ingredients and processes, helping their businesses to thrive.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Key Account Management and B2B sales
  • Technical knowledge of the ingredients business
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • A commercial mindset with expertise in pricing strategies

You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
