About the Role:
This is a pivotal position within our senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale capital projects across multiple sites. As a seasoned leader, you will be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of multi-site capital and development projects to the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance.
• Develop robust business cases and CAPEX proposals, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate and engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related discipline) and a recognized Project Management qualification. A minimum of 10 years' professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior project management role within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction, is required.
