Job Title: Culinary Team Member

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, with excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices. They will be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in the relevant section
  • Liaise with senior chefs on a daily basis regarding ordering and prices
  • Train junior staff on recipes, presentation skills, and cooking techniques
  • Contribute to new menu development with innovative ideas and assist in cook-offs

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff members. A valid EU work permit is required for this position.

Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  2. Valid EU work permit
  3. Passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes
  4. Excellent hygiene and HACCP experience
