Job Title: Plastic Processing Technician
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Plastic Processing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection moulding, with experience in working with various types of plastics and moulds. They will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, using systematic approaches to root cause problem solving.
A key responsibility of this role will be to optimize tool set-up and changeover activities to meet production targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with process engineers to develop new processes and validate existing ones.
As part of our team, you will be required to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong background in injection moulding and experience working with various types of plastics and moulds

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of process control systems
