Job Overview

As a highly motivated and performance driven individual, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs, particularly in the areas of protection, investment, savings, and pensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on financial planning products.
  • Work closely with regional and local management teams to drive the achievement of business goals.
  • Grow and retain assets under management while generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service.
  • Support the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches, enhancing their ability to identify and engage clients with financial planning needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
  • Experience: Preferably, experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
