**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Setting Out Specialist to join our team as a Site Layout Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for setting out construction works on-site for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accurate execution according to design specifications and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting out role, with a strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site operations. Proficiency in using survey equipment such as total stations and GPS is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out construction works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinating with site teams, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Monitoring quality control and ensuring the highest standards of construction.
  • Assisting with the preparation of as-built drawings and site reports.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a setting out role within Ireland, with experience in either commercial or residential projects.
  • Proficiency in using survey equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site operations.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety legislation.
