As a strategic retail professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store manager in driving financial performance.

The Role
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and stock accuracy is maintained
  • Partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations
  • Model world-class customer service, promoting excellent communication and people management skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, train, and set clear expectations for store staff
  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and visual displays
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience required
  • Excellent communication and people management skills essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
