We are seeking an experienced Private Client Life & Pensions Administrator to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level position that involves working closely with consultants and administration teams to coordinate the daily processing of life and pension business. Key responsibilities include processing new and existing business, setting up client/policy records, and drawing up compliance documents.
Key Responsibilities- Process pension, investment and protection business submitted by consultants
- Set up client/policy records on client database
- Work with consultants to draw up and issue compliance documents to clients
- Ensure files are compliant with company procedures
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients
- Field telephone calls and manage post and client correspondence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to express yourself clearly and positively in verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
