Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of monthly budget variances and expenditure reports.
  2. Funding application submissions, bank reconciliations, and supplier statement reconciliations.
  3. Processing of purchase invoices and payments, maintaining fixed asset registers, and verifying and managing ROS TCANS.
  4. Collation of information for audits, adherence to company financial policies, and liaison with suppliers and stakeholders.
  5. Ad hoc financial administration duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

Essential Requirements:

  • ATI qualified or studying towards qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience within an accounting setting.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
