Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities include:
• Providing comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director
• Diary Management - scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Preparing high-level reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings
• Attending meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and following up on deliverables
• Acting as a liaison between senior management, department heads, clients, and external stakeholders
• Overseeing confidential correspondence, handling sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinating and managing strategic projects, supporting business objectives
• Conducting research, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making
• Developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency

Requirements

Essential qualifications and experience include:
• A 3rd Level Business related qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 35 years' experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
• Proven experience in complex diary management and high-level administrative support
• Strong commercial awareness and business acutmucn
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
