We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with dementia and their families.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to individuals with dementia, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible service.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience of working with people with dementia, older adults, or individuals with intellectual disabilities. A FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential. You will also require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent contract position, offering flexible working hours to suit your needs. You will have the opportunity to work on different days of the week, with no evening or weekend shifts required. The salary will be commensurate with the care sector, based on your relevant experience.
