We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining detailed vacancy data on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative policies and processes, as well as adhering to our Business Code of Conduct\
  • Delivering an outstanding experience for all candidates, addressing concerns and complaints promptly\
  • Assisting with recruitment marketing material and evaluating existing campaigns using collected data\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet metrics and performance indicators within specified timelines\
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly TribePad\
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances\
