About the Role

Ttm Healthcare Limited is currently recruiting a Staff Nurse/Care Coordinator to work with individuals with physical and neurological disabilities in a residential setting. The successful candidate will operate within a social model of disability, assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our service users.

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for fostering relationships based on respect, equality, and independence. This role requires strong evidence-based decision-making skills, mentoring and leadership abilities, excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Key Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification and active registration with An Bord Altranais
  • Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience
  • Experience in a care setting, preferably within disability services or community care
  • Valid documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland
  • Clean driving license (if required for transporting individuals)
