Job Summary:
Medserv, a leading Irish company in medical billing and practice management services, seeks a skilled Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office, including coordination, maintenance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable working environment for staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage tickets received by the company inbox and distribute them to relevant teams within set SLAs.
  • Sending office communications to relevant sites regarding fire safety, drills, and other important information.
  • Reception duties, including answering phones, managing on-site visitors, directing calls, and taking messages.
  • Meetings setup, including arranging tea, coffee, and other refreshments.
  • Event Management, booking suppliers, and ensuring competitive quotes for corporate events.
  • General upkeep of the office to maintain a high standard.
  • Assist with coordinating office deliveries and manage charity events throughout the year.
  • Booking taxis, couriers, restaurants, travel, and accommodation as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multitasking.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to help out.
  • Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy office administration role performing similar duties.
  • Familiarity with coordinating office needs for employees.
  • IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
