
Therapist for Children and Adolescents

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team, providing comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and support to children and adolescents with developmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting cognitive and diagnostic autism assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning of children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and educational psychologists to ensure integrated care.
- Offer consultation and support to parents and caregivers to promote effective strategies for support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Postgraduate professional qualification in clinical or educational psychology.
- Minimum two years of experience in clinical practice, preferably working with children and adolescents.
- Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) as a Chartered Psychologist.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychological assessments and providing recommendations for developmental difficulties.
