We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at TN Ireland in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects, working closely with project/site management teams and business leaders to ensure that all construction activities are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site using the latest surveying equipment.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the site team on engineering matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, daily diaries, and as-built drawings.
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Resolving any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
  • Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments and software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
