We are seeking an experienced engineering leader who can provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers within the A to Z team while working independently to influence their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of software solutions in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Develop software designs and implement solutions that serve as a model for other engineers.
  • Continuously improve and evolve A to Z's software offerings, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of software development.
  • Influence technical and business strategy, advising and leading manager and product partners to scope and define the roadmap for the team and organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Familiarity with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
