Your Role & Impact As an IT Support Assistant, you will handle a variety of queries efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role evolves with our group's needs, requiring adaptability and a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.

Your Responsibilities

You will work under the general supervision of the IT manager who will provide ongoing support and mentorship to help develop your skills.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, as well as new desk setups, to ensure a seamless user experience.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly via inbound/outbound calls, and email.
Assist in IT asset management, ensuring accurate tracking and deployment of devices.
Conduct testing on internal apps to identify bugs and suggest feature improvements.
Maintain data accuracy through data cleansing (high proficiency in MS Excel required).
Adapt to and work with multiple systems, learning new tools as needed.
