At Grifols, we are looking for a Marketing Data Insights Analyst to join our global team.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for leading and evolving our marketing analytics function, driving performance intelligence across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance analysis across all digital channels, delivering high-impact insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor web performance data and develop strategic narratives around user behavior.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across campaigns and digital touchpoints.
  • Create and refine marketing dashboards and executive reporting using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling, stakeholder-ready insights tailored to brand, UX, content, and executive audiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or marketing science roles.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing KPIs and web analytics methodologies, with expertise across all key channels.
  • Proven ability to distil complex datasets into business-oriented narratives and strategic recommendations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in dashboarding and visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong working knowledge of UTM structures, conversion tracking, and tagging plans.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience querying and working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation is a plus.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance data structures.
