Galway Service Lead
Job DescriptionA senior leadership opportunity is available for a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality services in Galway.
The role involves managing a team of professionals, ensuring that residential and community-based services meet the highest standards. A 7-day duty roster applies, with working hours varying between 8:00am and 8:00pm over seven days. The post primarily operates Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of professionals in delivering person-centred care
- Overseeing the management of budgets and resources
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- A nursing qualification or equivalent experience
- RNID/RNMH is an advantage
- Candidates must be currently registered with the relevant registration body or hold a relevant third-level qualification
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commitment to quality service delivery and person-centred practice
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call duties
