This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled General Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of excellent services. Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and implement effective drug management procedures aligning with agreed policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional standards adhering to relevant documents and implications for nursing practice.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding resident discharges ensuring continuity of care.
- Keep accurate clear and concise records within the facility in line with legislation and standards.
- Ensure all residents receive proactive support and personalized attention.
- Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of HIQA standards actively participating in inspection processes as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless patient care.
- Active registration on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills with eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Caring compassionate attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Strong communication and listening abilities with experience in the field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in nursing.
