Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive tenders using their strong commercial acumen and knowledge of civil engineering methodologies.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in civils/roadworks.
  • Must display excellent commercial nous with the ability to build up prices from first principles.
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms such as NEC, Public Works, and FIDIC.
  • Proficiency in estimating database software (Candy Estimating – training provided).
