Cafe 28 at Mercantile Group is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty coffees. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

 

Key Requirements
  • A genuine passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages.
  • Proven experience as a Barista in a café or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
