About the Role

You will join a diverse team of experts in software development, network engineering, and observability. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain the Active Monitoring system, which generates synthetic traffic to simulate customer traffic and detect faults throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for the Active Monitoring system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Implement automated testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality software
  • Maintain and improve the existing system, ensuring scalability and reliability

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in professional software development, particularly in designing and architecting systems
  • Programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or C#
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including coding standards, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
