Job Title: Installation Technician
">We are looking for a skilled installation technician to join our team. As an installation technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our equipment in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage work priorities through ticketing systems and workflows.">
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.">
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including network device configuration and low-to-mid-level application interaction.">
- Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.">
- Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking and stacking are completed for new equipment.">
- Complete customer requests via Remedy trouble-ticketing systems.">
- Participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.">
- Ability to travel within geographical work areas is required, up to 80% travel outside traditional work areas will be required.">
