The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with healthcare teams to optimize medication management and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Grade Pharmacist on our Supplementary Panel, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information about medications to patients and healthcare professionals. You will also participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies related to pharmacy practice, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards of care. Furthermore, you will engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.

Education and Training
A Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification is required for this position. Registration with the relevant professional body is also necessary. Experience working in a hospital or community pharmacy setting is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
