Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects in Cork.

This senior role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee site activities, monitor project progress, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
Requirements
  • Honours Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer - desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Proven track record in managing industrial, construction, or civil works projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and CAD tools.
