We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our team at Keelings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in stock control and management, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

The role will involve carrying out physical stock counts, managing auction material returns, and reconciling weekly and monthly reports with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Carry out physical stock count across Cut Flowers, Packaging, Pot Plants & Auction Material">
  • Manage all auction material returns & reconcile weekly & monthly with our customers & suppliers">
  • Relocate and sorting packaging items in assign areas">
  • Prepare specific packaging items for production as required">
  • Reconcile issues to ensure KBS is accurate">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Prioritises objectives and schedules work to make best use of time and resources

Previous Stock Control experience

Strong communicator

Flexibility and someone who is open and honest

Flexibility around peaks Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day & Easter

High level of Initiative necessary to identify key priorities as they arise

Ability to work in fast paced environment & part of team

Always conducts work in a health and safe manner

Any stock Count and Stock balancing issues report to Stock Control Manager

Any other issue with day-to-day job report to Stock Control Manager
