They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects and are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an exciting 240-unit residential development project.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full construction process on-site, ensuring the project runs according to schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring optimal workflow and team performance.
- Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and minimising risk to staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required standards, in compliance with the project specifications, building codes, and relevant regulations.
- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within agreed parameters, and report any budgetary concerns to senior management.
- Regularly update clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on the progress of the project, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
