What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering warm, genuine, and memorable service to all our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Setting up and stocking the bar and restaurant areas ahead of opening.
  • Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily service.
  • Preparing and serving drinks and dishes to the highest standards with confidence and flair.
  • Upselling drinks, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
  • Supporting the team during busy periods and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with hotel policy and legal requirements.
  • Being part of the creative process; your ideas and input will help shape our service culture from day one.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant, ideally within a hotel or high-volume venue.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with a guest-first attitude.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with strong communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift.
  • Barista, cocktail, or wine knowledge is a bonus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
