The Role
  • Coordinate logistics, client communications, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage client inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Events teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the function diary and input business into the Property Management System.
  • Prepare and issue function sheets for flawless event execution.
  • Liaise with Revenue, Front Office, and Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Support reporting, database management, and telesales projects as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, weddings, or events within the hospitality industry is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills are essential.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and think creatively is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems and database management is necessary.
