Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for additive manufacturing initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance and Product Optimization: Ensure the quality of processes and products meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborative Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analytical Expertise: Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Time Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage project timelines.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience or a related Master's degree.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to envision novel approaches to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in executing complex problem-solving techniques related to manufacturing/design technical issues.
  • Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), statistical tools, and validation/verification techniques.
