Cpl Healthcare seeks an experienced and skilled Renal Care Manager to lead our Dialysis Unit in Wexford. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of patients with renal failure
2. Manage and lead a team of nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
3. Collaborate with the Renal Business Lead to ensure effective operational management of the unit
4. Ensure compliance with HIQA registered person requirements and corporate policies
5. Provide professional leadership and development opportunities for team members

Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse with the INMB
2. Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in renal care
3. Management Qualification (desirable)
4. Proven people management experience and financial knowledge in healthcare
