About This Role

As a retail professional, you will be a vital part of our store team, interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs to find the right product or service for them.
  • Managing stock and ordering processes for glasses and contact lenses.
  • Supporting eye-tests and pre-screening activities with our trained opticians.
  • Providing aftercare support through repairs and adjustments.
  • Maintaining shop floor standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • A passion for customer care and delivering high-quality services.
  • The desire to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail or clinical settings is highly desirable.
