Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading the financial planning and analysis function, driving key decisions with accurate forecasts and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will also possess excellent Excel and IT skills, as well as experience with non-Excel budgeting systems.

In addition to these technical skills, the Senior FP&A Specialist will be responsible for reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual actuals versus budget, preparing monthly management accounts, and upscaling standards, efficiency, and costs.

This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity that reports directly to the CFO. The successful candidate will be supported in due diligence and similar projects, and will lead and support improvement initiatives across the finance department and the business.
