Ballinlough Refrigeration is currently seeking a Mechanical Fitting Professional to join our team. As the sole agent in Ireland for Dhollandia lifting equipment, we have an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in mechanical fitting and hydraulic systems.

The role will involve working from our workshop in Dublin 22, where you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of tail lifts and the fitting of hydraulic lifts to HGV vehicles (sliders, cantilevers, tuckaways etc).

You will also be required to travel to customers' sites or roadside situations to assess breakdowns, quote for repairs, or carry out work as requested.

We are looking for someone with excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain tail lifts
  • Fitting of hydraulic lifts to HGV vehicles
  • Travel to customers' sites or roadside situations

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required
  • Mechanical fitting experience
  • Hold current Irish / EU Driving Licence
