The role of the Complaints Resolution Specialist is to investigate and resolve both Irish and UK based complaints, ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements. This includes tailoring resolution letters to customers in line with regulatory demands.

In addition to complaint handling, the specialist will assist with monitoring and documenting agent quality across the Customer Service Team, supporting departmental quality goals and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
