Welcome to Center Parcs UK & Ireland: We are a leading hospitality company that offers unique vacation experiences to our guests. Our Food and Beverage department is a crucial part of this experience, and we are now seeking a talented Kitchen Director to join our team.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional food quality.
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the kitchen team.
• Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding culinary expertise and commitment to excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in senior kitchen roles, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Possession of relevant culinary qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQs.
