\At our organization, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of a Med/Surg unit. This leadership role requires you to ensure high-quality patient care while effectively managing a team of nurses.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with hospital standards.\
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of nurses to provide excellent patient care and achieve departmental goals.\
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and workflows.\
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.\
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to maintain the highest level of care.\
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.\\
Requirements:
\- \
- Fully Registered with NMBI is essential.\
- Minimum 5-years post-registration acute general hospital experience is essential.\
- Effective Leadership and Communication skills are required.\
- Proven clinical, auditing, and managerial experience is necessary.\
- Management experience and qualification are desirable.\\
