About the Job:

Job Overview:

This permanent role involves working on a 2-cycle shift, with reporting responsibilities to your Area Supervisor. You will conduct analysis as scheduled/requested and utilize available resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all tests as instructed/scheduled by your area Supervisor and maintain a timely completion rate.
  • Be aware of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets, schedule adherence requirements, and Service level agreements (if applicable).
  • Assist and lead root cause problem-solving exercises, troubleshoot equipment issues, and host scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and GLP practices, ensure equipment calibration, and update relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Science/Pharmaceutical Science or Forensic Science.
  2. Strong attention to detail, initiative/self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
