**Job Description**
This is a full-time Chief Officer role working either 4 weeks on 4 weeks off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, based in Dublin or Dover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of vessel management, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.
They will lead and manage the crew, handle navigation duties, and maintain communication with onshore teams.
**Requirements**
- Experience in vessel management, leadership, and navigation
- Knowledge of safety, security, and environmental regulations in the maritime industry
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of international maritime laws and regulations
- STCW certification and relevant Chief Officer license
