Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the rights and dignity of service users, promoting independence and empowerment through person-centered planning.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Foster a homely and supportive environment, ensuring physical and emotional well-being of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records, including personal needs assessments, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Lead and Person in Charge to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, adhering to CCoI policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • At least one year of experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A full driver's license and availability of own car.
