The EPS Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Sales/Customer Order Picker to join their dynamic team. This role involves coordinating product sales, managing customer orders, and supporting business operations in the water, wastewater, and clean technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating the sales team and clients on order progress.
  • Maintaining customer account records.
  • Supporting procurement for inbound orders and logistics.
  • Liaising with couriers for deliveries within the UK and Ireland.
  • Coordinating administration aspects of business operations.
  • Preparing quotes for Water Treatment analysis and maintaining records.
  • Receiving and processing orders and queries from customers.
  • Preparing shop orders and requisitions on the ERP system.
  • Managing delivery documentation and payments.

Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
  • Proven ability to work well with a team.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of product sales experience are advantageous but not essential.
