Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of Irish employment law, working familiarity with employment practices across EMEA, and HR best practices. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be organised, and have strong attention to detail.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required, and CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus.

You will be comfortable working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and have a proactive and people-focused approach to HR.
