We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our Building Surveying division. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with vision, drive, and the ambition to make a real mark in the industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality services that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business unit directors in delivering business objectives
- Engage with customers and develop relationships
- Deliver high-quality services and ensure building surveying deliverables meet customer requirements
- Manage building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects
- Prepare and manage planned maintenance programmes
- Communicate with clients and other project team members
- Broad, in-depth building surveying experience post MRICS qualification
- Sound knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction procurement strategies
- Ability to administer contracts as Contracts Administrator and Employers Agent
- Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts
