Our company, Lincoln Recruitment Ltd., is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create and deliver the Digital Marketing Strategy for the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Grow and maintain the hotel's online presence on key social media platforms.
  • Create and implement social media campaigns to promote overnight stays and promotions.
  • Maintain and update the hotel website to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop engaging content for the hotel's website, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and potential guests.
  • Manage business listings on OTAs and partners to promote the hotel.
  • Support the development of new hotel brand collateral.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for all digital marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Luxury Branding.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with WordPress is preferable.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Creative thinking and analytical skills.
